Fall 2026 U18 (Grade 10-11) Youth Development Program — Perform (Boys & Girls options)

Dates: September 8 - December 6th, 2026 (12-week program)
Cost:
Boys - 30 Sessions (39 Hours) - $699.99 plus GST
Girls- 30 Sessions (39 Hours) - $699.99 plus GST
Schedule:
- Girls: Monday + Wednesday, 6:00–7:15 PM
- Boys: Tuesday + Thursday, 6:00–7:15 PM
- Game Play: Friday, 7:00–8:30 PM
- Girls: Week 1
- Boys: Week 2
- Max 12 athletes per group
Program Purpose
Perform is designed for athletes already in high school pursuing basketball opportunities and looking to elevate their overall game. Players refine technical skills, improve basketball IQ, and develop the habits required to succeed in competitive team environments, preparing for high school basketball and beyond.
Who This Program Is For
For Grade 10 and 11 athletes already competing at the high school level, offered separately for Boys and Girls, with a max of 12 athletes per group. This program prepares athletes for continued success in high school basketball and future opportunities.
Program Goals
- Apply offensive and defensive concepts against zone defenses (skip passes, post entries, attacking gaps)
- Develop ball pressure concepts: influence, funnel, recover
- Build advanced screen defense (switch, hedge, show, drop, ice)
- Recognize and execute advantage basketball (creation, maintenance, conversion)
- Understand and respond to multiple defensive structures (man-to-man, 2-3 zone, 3-2 zone, 1-3-1 zone)
Coaching & Instruction
Coaching uses a constraints-led approach with small-sided games, treating athletes as serious, high-level competitors preparing for game application at the next level.
Program Format
Initial Evaluation & Team Formation: Early sessions confirm competitive level and organize athletes into Boys and Girls groups.
Weekly Training Sessions: Two practice sessions per week (fixed days by format, see schedule above), plus weekly Friday game play.
Fall 2026: All cancellations and refund requests made prior to August 1, 2026 will be subject to an administration fee of 20% of the overall total, plus a 2% payment processing fee. There will be no refunds for any Youth Development Programs after August 1, 2026.
