  • Clearance - 40 foot  height for completely unrestricted play

A premium facility is only as good as the people running it. Our coaching staff is comprised of passionate, high-level professionals dedicated to elevating your game. We have assembled an amazing team of experienced athletes and mentors who know exactly what it takes to succeed. From building basic fundamentals to fine-tuning elite mechanics, our coaches bring the energy, insight, and dedication to help you reach your absolute peak.

The Programs

The Center is built to support the entire volleyball community. No matter your age or experience level, there is a place for you on our courts.

  • Adult Leagues: We run structured leagues for everyone. Whether you are looking for highly competitive, expert level matchups or just want a casual, recreational run with friends, we have a division for your squad.

  • Youth Programs: Our developmental pathways cover everything from complete beginner basics to expert-level club preparation, ensuring young athletes build confidence and skill.

  • Summer Camps: Keep the momentum going in the off season with our intensive, fun, and skill focused camps designed to level up your game before the fall.

ADULT LEAGUES

The Center hosts the region’s most structured, dynamic adult volleyball leagues. Whether you are a group of friends looking for a fun recreational run, or former varsity athletes wanting high-level competition, our ecosystem is built to give you a fair, competitive, and premium match every single week.

The League Experience

  • Formats for Everyone - We offer Co-Ed, Men's, and Women's leagues running Sunday through Thursday

  • Multi Tier System - We organize our leagues into five distinct skill levels ranging from Tier 1 (Beginner/Recreational) all the way up to Tier 5 (Elite/Post-Secondary). Our tiering system guarantees a fair, competitive, and highly engaging match every time you step on the hardwood.

  • Dynamic Re-Tiering - We actively manage our brackets to guarantee the best matchups all season long. Every 3 to 4 weeks, we re-tier teams based on performance and standings. Earn the top spots, and your team levels up.

  • Year Round Competition - We run continuous 16-week Fall and Winter seasons, followed by dedicated Spring/Summer sessions. Secure your spot and keep your team on the court all year long.

Youth Development

This program is specifically designed to provide an opportunity for athletes to develop fundamental volleyball skills, foster sportsmanship, and experience the excitement of team play in a positive and recreational environment. Our goal is to grow a love for volleyball in every athlete who walks through our doors.

The Youth Development Experience

​​

  • Who is it for? - This is a Co-Ed program for boys and girls who are looking to advance their foundational skills through structured training. We offer different age categories based on Birth Year so that all athletes compete with and against other players of similar age.

  • Program Format - This is a twice per week training program for all age categories (some exceptions may apply for younger age categories). Each session is 2 hours, for a total of 4 hours per week. The program follows this format:

    • Team Formation: The first 2 sessions are focused on skill assessment of each athlete to build balanced teams for the remainder of the program. 

    • Weekly Training Sessions: Once balanced teams are created, athletes practice and play within their team for the remainder of the season. Of the two sessions per week, one is focused on technical skill development, while the other often involves gameplay, scrimmages, and game-like drills to give all athletes a chance to work on their learned skills.

    • Season-End Tournament: Depending on registration numbers, athletes wrap up the season with a fun and competitive tournament experience.

  • Coaching & Instruction - Athletes are assigned to consistent teams and coaches throughout the season, which fosters growth, mentorship, and team chemistry. Our coaches are experienced, supportive, and focused on the individual development of each athlete in a fun and structured environment.

  • Year Round Offerings - We run our Youth Development program in three seasons throughout the year:

    • Fall (September - end of November)

    • Winter (January - end of March)

    • Spring (April - end of June)​​

Summer Camp Offerings

TRYOUT PREP Camps:​

This camp is geared towards athletes hoping to make their respective school teams. It involves a combination of individual skill work, and team game-like opportunities.

  • ALL LEVELS WELCOME

 

PREMIER Camps:​​

This camp is specifically geared towards those who want to take their training to the next level.  In this camp athletes will receive on demand technical feedback while learning high level tactics for gameplay.

  • CLUB EXPERIENCE REQUIRED​

POSITIONAL Camps:

Athletes will broaden their positional knowledge to reach their full potential getting the chance to implement skills into combination play, while developing higher levels of thinking within the game.

  • EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

EXCEL Camps:

This popular full day camp consists of 3.5 hours on court per day sessions PLUS sessions of yoga, sports psychology, nutrition, beach volleyball and strength and conditioning. 

  • EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

MULTISPORT Camps:

Athletes will explore a variety of types of sports where teachings will emphasize fundamental skills, team play, sportsmanship, conditioning and FUN!
